Yogurt without special starter and yogurt maker

Useful preparation for yogurt.
Making yogurt at home is very easy and simple. You don't need any equipment, no special starter, no yogurt maker.
Ингредиенты
Milk – 400-500 g
Natural yogurt, without additives (thick or liquid) – 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Рецепт
1. Heat the milk (I have pasteurized milk with a fat content of 3.3%) until very warm (42-45 degrees). Do not boil.
2. Add yogurt to warm milk (1 tablespoon thick or 2 tablespoons liquid). Stir until smooth.
Do not make yogurt in a metal container - a glass, ceramic or enamel container will do.
3. Cover with a lid, wrap (for example, with a terry towel in several layers) and leave in a warm place for 6-8 hours. (I preheated the oven to 50 degrees, turned it off and put containers of milk in there overnight.)
Then place in the refrigerator.
4. Homemade yogurt is ready.
