Baked Potatoes with Butter, Garlic and Herbs

We’ve cooked and tried a lot of things, but we always repeat this recipe!
Potatoes in the oven, with garlic and dill. Golden crust and very tender flesh of potatoes baked with butter - a simple recipe based on Spanish motives!
Ингредиенты
Potatoes (large) – 6-8 pcs.
Butter (soft) – 150 g
Granulated garlic – 1 teaspoon
Dried dill (or a mixture of your favorite herbs) – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon

1. Immediately preheat the oven to 200 degrees. For the recipe we will take several large potatoes. If the potatoes are young, you don’t even need to peel them, but just wash them well.
2. Cut the potatoes into circles (washers) of the same thickness (1-1.5 cm). The potatoes can be lightly dried with paper towels.
3. Add dry garlic, salt, freshly ground pepper and dried dill to soft butter (can be replaced with a mixture of your favorite herbs). Knead the butter and mix with herbs.
4. Mix the potatoes with spicy butter so that each circle is coated with it. Place all the potatoes on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment.
5. Bake the potatoes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until soft (time - use your oven as a guide).
