Ингредиенты

Chicken fillet - 350-400 g

Sour cream - 250 ml

Butter - 20 g

Salt - 1 teaspoon (to taste)

Ground white pepper - 0.25 teaspoon (to taste)

Grated lemon zest - 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)

Рецепт

1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

2. Wash the lemon, grate the zest on a fine grater.

3. Place the chicken in a microwave-safe dish and add salt.

4. Then pour sour cream over the chicken meat.

5. Add lemon zest and sprinkle with pepper. Cut the butter into pieces or grate it and place it on top.

6. Cover the dishes with cling film.

7. Place in the microwave. Heat without boiling; the desired temperature is determined by the beginning of the film rising above the pan. If all the chicken pieces are not evenly light, open the film and move the raw parts to the edges.

8. Chicken fricassee with sour cream is ready.
