Cooking chicken ham in a slow cooker is as easy as shelling pears.
It’s a pleasure to watch the process of turning fillet into a real delicacy. I tried to make this ham differently, but this method turned out to be the simplest, and I was pleased with the result. You can prepare such a ham both for everyday life and for the holiday table.
To prepare chicken ham in a slow cooker, you need to take chicken fillet, milk, curry seasoning and vegetable seasoning with salt.
Ингредиенты
Chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
Milk – 600 ml
Curry seasoning - 1 tsp.
Vegetable seasoning with salt – 1.5 tsp.

1. Mix vegetable seasoning with curry seasoning.
2. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, rub it on all sides with a mixture of seasonings and leave for 20 minutes.
3. Pour milk into the multicooker bowl, use the “Menu” button to select the “Baking” or “Steam” mode, press the “Start” button and bring the milk to a boil. After this, put the fillet in the milk. The milk should completely cover it.
4. Set the multicooker to the “Warm” or “Keep Warm” mode and cook for about 1–1.5 hours (depending on the size of the fillet).
5. Place the fillet pieces in a colander and let the milk drain.
6. Cool the fillet and cut into medallions. It is better to serve chicken ham cooked in a slow cooker with herbs.
