Ингредиенты
Yolks - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 200 g
Condensed milk - 200 g
Vodka - 250 g
Rum or cognac - 100 g
Рецепт
1. Beat the yolks with sugar.
2. Add condensed milk to the mixture and beat again.
3. Place in a “water bath” and stir constantly until the sugar thickens and dissolves.
4. Do not bring the hot mixture to a boil, remove from heat and cool slightly.
5. Pour in vodka and cognac in small portions, stirring thoroughly.
6. Pour into bottles and close with lids. Cool in the refrigerator. The liquor is ready! Store homemade egg liqueur in the refrigerator for up to three months.
