Ингредиенты
White semi-sweet wine - 1 l
Apples - 300 g (+ 1 apple for serving)
Sugar - 100-150 g
Ground cinnamon - 0.25 teaspoon
Cloves (dried spice) - 4-5 buds
Black peppercorns - 15-20 peas
Lemon (for serving) - 0.5 pcs.
Cinnamon for serving (optional) - 3-4 sticks
Рецепт
1. Remove the seeds from the apples and cut them into cubes.
2. Pour wine into a saucepan.
3. Add apples to the wine. (Reserve a few pieces of fresh apples for serving.)
4. Then add sugar.
5. Also add ground cinnamon, cloves and black peppercorns.
6. Place the pan over medium heat and bring the wine to a boil.
7. As soon as the mixture begins to boil, immediately turn off the heat and let the mulled wine brew for 10-15 minutes.
8. After this, filter the mulled wine.
9. Pour apple mulled wine from white wine into glasses. Place a slice of lemon, a cinnamon stick and a few cubes of fresh apple in each glass.
