Potatoes - 500 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 small onion (about 70 g)
Flour - 4 tbsp. spoons (60 g)
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Refined vegetable oil for frying - 50 ml

1. We prepare all the necessary products.
2. Grate the onion on a fine grater or chop it in another convenient way, for example in a blender.
3. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater directly into the bowl with the onions.
4. Add flour, egg, salt and pepper to potatoes and onions,
5. Mix well.
6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and spoon in the potato mixture.
7. Fry potato pancakes over medium-low heat for 5 minutes on each side.
8. Serve potato pancakes deliciously with sour cream and garlic (optional).
