Fresh spinach salad with apples and nuts is an easy to prepare, healthy and tasty version of a green salad. Complemented with juicy apple slices, crunchy caramelized almonds and a spicy dressing based on olive oil and wine vinegar, the salad is light, juicy and pleasantly refreshing, and has a piquant, sweet-sour-salty taste. In addition to taste, the nuts and apples in the salad give the salad a richness and a very appetizing texture, highlighting the tenderness of fresh spinach leaves. Try it!
To make fresh spinach salad, you will need the ingredients listed.

Spinach – 200-250 g
Red onion – 50 g
Apple – 2-3 pcs. (taste)
Almonds – 150 g
Butter – 25-30 g
Sugar – 1 tbsp.
Sesame – 2 tbsp.
Refueling:
White wine vinegar – 3 tbsp.
Sugar – 2 tbsp.
Wig – 0.25-0.5 tsp.
Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

1. Prepare the dressing. Measure 2 tbsp into a small bowl. sugar, 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar and 0.25-0.5 tsp. sweet ground paprika. Mix everything thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add thinly chopped red onion (1 small head), 2 tbsp. sesame seeds and 3 tbsp. olive oil.
3. Mix everything thoroughly again, taste the dressing and add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Let the dressing sit for at least 10-15 minutes while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
4. Melt the butter over low heat. Add shelled almonds or flaked almonds and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
5. When the nuts are browned, add 1 tbsp to the pan. sugar, sprinkling the nuts evenly in a thin layer.
6. Fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sugar melts and turns into golden caramel. Then turn off the heat, transfer the nuts to a plate lined with baking paper and cool.
7. Separate the spinach leaves from the stems and roots, wash and dry thoroughly. Wash the apples (2-3 small ones), cut into quarters, remove the seed pods and cut into thin slices.
8. Tear the spinach leaves into small pieces and place in a salad bowl. Add the apple slices, prepared dressing and 3/4 of the caramelized almonds.
9. Mix everything thoroughly, taste the salad and, if necessary, add a little more salt and ground black pepper to taste.
10. Fresh spinach salad with apples and nuts is ready. Sprinkle the salad with the remaining nuts and serve.
