Of course, there are many ways to prepare chicken, although the principle is the same - it is fried under weight.
I offer you my version of preparing this aromatic, delicious chicken.
Ингредиенты
Chicken - 1 pc. (up to 0.9-1 kg)
Garlic - 5-7 teeth.
Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp.
Coarse salt - 1.5 tbsp.
Tobacco Chicken Seasoning
or dry adjika - 1.5 tbsp.
Butter - 30 g
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
For garnish:
Onion - 1 pc.
Potatoes - 4 pcs.

1. It is better to choose a chicken weighing no more than 900-1000 g. Beat well, but carefully. When I asked my husband to do this, he practically turned the chicken bones into dust! So, now I don’t trust him with this matter!
2. Chop the garlic, mix with coarse salt, oil and spices for tobacco chicken or dry adjika.
3. Rub the resulting mixture onto both sides of the chicken. Leave to marinate for at least an hour, but longer is better.
4. In a wide frying pan, preferably with a thick bottom, heat the vegetable oil and butter.
5. Place the chicken breast side down. It is better to use a large burner, but starting on medium heat, then reduce the heat to minimum power.
6. I don't have a special pan for the tabaka chicken, so I fill a large, wide pan with water and place it directly on top of the chicken, using it as a weight. We note the time - 15-20 minutes.
7. Remove the weight and turn the chicken over. Place the load again and fry the tobacco chicken for another 15-20 minutes.
8. Place the chicken on a dish.
9. In the same frying pan where the tabaka chicken was fried, I fry the onions and potatoes in slices, it turns out spicy and tasty.
