Sorrel cabbage soup in chicken broth

Chicken broth - 1.5 l
Sorrel - 150 g
Potatoes - 5 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Dill - 3-4 sprigs
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Salt - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Ground black pepper - to taste
Sour cream - for serving

1. Peel the onions and carrots and wash them under running water. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a medium grater.
2. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
3. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into strips. Place it in boiling chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes.
4. When the potatoes are soft, add the fried vegetables to the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes on low heat.
5. Wash the sorrel and dill well under running water, cut off the rough stems. Cut the sorrel into long strips.
6. Finely chop the dill. Boil the eggs hard, peel and cut into small cubes.
7. Add sorrel, dill, bay leaf and eggs to the pan. Adjust soup for salt and pepper. If the cabbage soup turns out sour, you can add a little sugar.
8. Boil the soup for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Cover with a lid and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
