Shouldn't we make sandwiches with avocado and chum salmon? You can, of course, use any other red fish, not necessarily chum salmon. It’s just that chum salmon is fattier than, for example, pink salmon, and less fatty than salmon and trout. Therefore, choose fish according to your taste. The saltiness of the fish also matters: the saltier the fish, the more cream cheese and avocado spread you need to add to the sandwich.
We take ripe avocado, which is well mashed with a fork. It’s also better to take some interesting bread - I have grain bread with the addition of sunflower seeds.
I often use Serbian curd cheese "Kajmak" for such toasts and sandwiches. It has an absolutely neutral taste and a soft, homogeneous consistency, which is useful for us in preparing avocado paste. Take the products from the list.

Curd cheese - 150 g
Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp.
Cereal bread - 6 slices
Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
Chum salmon - 80 g

1. First, cut the bread into shapes and fry it on one side in a heated frying pan with butter.
2. Turn over and fry the other side.
3. My avocado ripened in the company of an apple.
4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel the peel.
5. Mash the avocado with a fork or chop with a blender. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
6. Add curd cheese.
7. Mix the mass well.
8. Place a slice of fish on toasted bread and place the resulting avocado and cheese paste on top.
9. Decorate sandwiches with herbs.
10. Serve avocado and lightly salted chum salmon sandwiches as an appetizer.
