Smoothie with cranberry and banana

A nutritious and healthy drink is prepared in a matter of minutes if you have cranberries, bananas and kefir. Kefir can be replaced with fermented baked milk.
During the cranberry harvest season, you just want to please yourself with delicious dishes and drinks made from this berry. A smoothie with cranberries and bananas is just such a drink. It cooks quickly, perfectly satisfies hunger and can be used as a snack between main meals. Since the banana itself is sweet, you don’t need to add honey. By the way, if you are allergic to it, then it is permissible to replace honey with sugar or some kind of jam or syrup.
Kefir can be of any fat content - choose it according to your taste preferences. In general, it will take you about 3-5 minutes to create a smoothie. It is advisable to peel persimmons. Depending on how many bananas you add, the smoothie will be either thick or thin. The more such fruits, the thicker the drink will be.

Banana - 1-2 pcs.
Cranberry - 60 g
