One of the simplest and most gentle cooking methods is in a pot.
Sliced meat and vegetables are placed in a ceramic container, seasoned to taste with spices, poured with regular boiling water or boiling water along with some sauce, sour cream, cream, broth, tomato paste of your choice, and sent to the oven under the lid. Chicken or other meat is not pre-fried, retains its juiciness and is thoroughly steamed.

Chicken fillet - 400 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs.
Soy sauce - 50 ml
Water - 100 ml
Vegetable oil - 20 ml
Salt, hot pepper - to taste
Рецепт
1. Place the chopped vegetables at the bottom of the pot. Chop garlic, carrots and onions in any convenient way.
2. Divide clean chicken fillet into cubes of approximately the same size and place in a pot.
3. Pour in soy sauce and vegetable oil. If necessary, add additional salt.
4. Add boiling water, a few cherry tomatoes, black pepper and, under the lid (on the tray - the gravy is bubbling and pouring overboard), place in a preheated oven. Keep for about half an hour at a temperature of 190 degrees.
5. Chicken gravy is ready.
6. Serve the chicken gravy in a pot with a bread tortilla, herbs, pickled vegetables, and, if desired, with a side dish.
