How to make delicious spicy sauce for dumplings
I saw this sauce for dumplings in one cooking program; a Chinese woman prepared it. Of course, she added so many hot spices and seasonings to it that my body could not stand it. I really liked the sauce, and I slightly modified it to suit my taste. It turned out really tasty and simple. For dumplings - in my opinion, perfect.
To prepare sauce for dumplings at home, take the products from the list. All ingredients must be chopped and prepared as the sauce takes minutes to prepare.
Ингредиенты
Soy sauce - 5 tbsp.
Water - 3 tbsp.
Wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Chili pepper - to taste
Pepper, h.m. - taste
Garlic - 1 clove
Green onions - optional
Parsley (cilantro) - several sprigs
Рецепт
1. Chop the hot pepper and chop the garlic. If there is no pepper, you can replace it with any hot sauce.
2. Finely chop the parsley.
3. Mix soy sauce, wine vinegar, olive oil and water in a saucepan.
4. When the mixture boils, let it simmer for 1 minute, add hot pepper or hot sauce and chopped garlic. Cook for another 1 minute.
5. Add chopped parsley or cilantro, pepper, stir, turn off the stove. Let the sauce cool completely.
6. Place the cooled sauce for dumplings in sauceboats and serve each person separately.
7. I served with prepared fried Chinese beef wontons.
