A delicious, hearty quick salad (dressed with mayonnaise). Suitable as a snack or as an addition to meat and fish.
Prepare all the ingredients for the salad with beans and croutons. Open a can of canned beans and wash the tomatoes.

Canned beans - 200 g
Tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
Wheat bread - 1-2 slices
Mayonnaise - 1.5 tbsp.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Oil for frying - 1 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Spices - to taste

1. Cut the wheat bread into small cubes or squares.
2. Heat vegetable oil and fry the bread pieces over low heat until they are golden and crispy. You can also dry the bread in the oven. Place the croutons into a salad bowl. If you do not serve the salad right away, it is better to add croutons just before serving, otherwise they will become soft.
3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and place in a salad bowl.
4. Remove the beans from the tomato - you can lightly rinse them, let them drain and put them in a salad bowl. If you cook beans, be sure to salt the water and wait until they become soft.
5. Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a press, then place in a salad bowl. Season everything with mayonnaise, add salt and spices to taste.
6. Mix everything and try the salad.
7. To serve the salad with beans and croutons, small portioned bowls, plates or a common salad bowl are suitable.
