Chicken soup with cauliflower, peas and cheese

I offer a recipe for a delicious soup with chicken, cauliflower, green peas and cheese. I guarantee bright taste impressions!
This low-calorie soup will really appeal to those who are intensely struggling with excess weight. It is not only very tasty, but also rich in vitamins, as it contains many healthy vegetables. Processed cheese and cauliflower give it a delicate taste, and peas with filling add their own spicy note. Prepare and enjoy!
To prepare the soup, you need to take chicken fillet, water, cauliflower, canned green peas, onions, carrots, vegetable seasoning and soft processed cream cheese, refined sunflower oil and parsley.
Ингредиенты
Chicken fillet – 300 g
Cauliflower – 250 g
Water – 1 l
Canned peas (with filling) – 350 g
Onions – 1–2 pcs.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Processed soft cheese “Creamy” - 100 g
Vegetable seasoning – 1 des.l.
Refined sunflower oil – 3 tbsp.
Parsley – 4 sprigs

1. Cut the fillet into large pieces, add cold water and cook for 30 minutes.
2. Separate the head of cabbage into small pieces.
3. Peel the onion and chop finely.
4. Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
5. Lightly fry the onion in oil.
6. Add carrots to the onions.
7. Sauté vegetables until soft.
8. Place cauliflower stalks in boiling chicken broth, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
9. Add green peas along with the filling and cook for 3 minutes.
10. Season the soup with onions, carrots and vegetable seasoning.
11. Cook the soup for another 3 minutes and then remove from the stove
12. Season the soup with melted cheese.
13. Stir the cheese until completely dissolved. Don't heat the soup anymore!
14. When serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped parsley.
