I present another option for preparing bruschetta in the fresh air. This summer option has become one of our family's favorites. It cooks quickly and eats the same way. When the zucchini has grown in the garden and the tomatoes have ripened, quickly prepare this wonderful appetizer. If you don’t have cherry tomatoes, you can cut the tomato into slices or cubes. While guests are waiting for delicious kebab, treat them to crispy bruschetta with tender zucchini and spicy cherry tomatoes. I guarantee they will appreciate it!

Long loaf or baguette - 1 pc.
Zucchini - 0.5 pcs.
Cherry tomato - 20 pcs.
Curd cheese (cream or with herbs) - 140 g
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Greens - to taste
Salt and pepper - to taste

1. Chop the garlic and herbs.
2. Combine herbs, garlic, oil (2 tbsp), salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Cut the tomatoes in half.
4. Place in aromatic oil and stir.
5. Cut the loaf.
6. Dry over an open fire on both sides.
7. Cut the zucchini into thin slices, add a little salt and grease with oil (1 tbsp).
8. Fry on both sides over moderate heat.
9. Spread the loaf pieces generously with cheese.
10. Place the zucchini, and on top - tomatoes and herbs.
11. Bruschetta with grilled zucchini is ready. Treat yourself immediately!
