A universal cold appetizer - stuffed eggs.
Convenient for a modest buffet table, a hospitable feast and an everyday diet. The dish requires a minimum of effort and components, plus it gives you the opportunity to experiment with the filling. Fried onions, canned fish, mushrooms, and caviar are often added, but today I suggest making eggs stuffed with cheese and garlic.
Ингредиенты
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Hard cheese - 70 g
Garlic sauce or mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp.
Dill - 5 branches
Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel them. We cut the garlic cloves lengthwise and remove the core, which leaves that very strong, persistent aroma. Grind.
2. Finely chop clean young dill.
3. Thin shavings of three hard cheeses.
4. Cut the eggs lengthwise, remove the yolks, and knead.
5. Mix with herbs, cheese, garlic, garlic sauce/mayonnaise, season with spices if necessary.
6. Generously fill the egg white halves with filling. We decorate at will. Before serving, keep the eggs stuffed with cheese and garlic on the refrigerator shelf. Bon appetit!
