The “Stork’s Nest” salad is just like that - beautiful, original, tasty, easy to prepare. I liked the salad, I recommend preparing it for your next feast.

Prepare the indicated ingredients for the Stork's Nest salad. Pre-boil the eggs and cool. You can take fresh herbs according to your taste. Also boil the chicken fillet in advance. To do this, place the cut fillet in boiling salted water and cook for about 30 minutes, skimming off the foam. Then cool the meat.

Boiled chicken breast fillet - 100 g

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.

Red salad onion - 0.5 pcs.

Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) - 10 g

Potatoes - 3 pcs.

Vegetable oil for deep frying - 300 ml

Quail eggs - 5-7 pcs.

Mayonnaise - 100 g

Salt - to taste

1. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into cubes and place in a salad bowl.

2. Also cut the pickles.

3. Peel the chicken egg and cut into cubes. Add to salad.

4. Peel and finely chop the salad onion and add to the salad. Remove the salad for now and prepare potato pie for the salad.

5. Peeled raw potatoes very finely cut into strips or grate on a Korean carrot grater. Rinse under cold running water to remove excess starch.

6. In heated vegetable oil, fry the potatoes in small batches until golden brown. Place the finished potatoes on paper napkins to remove excess oil.

7. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt to taste. Dress the salad generously with mayonnaise, as the potatoes will be dry on top, which may cause the salad to lack juiciness. Place the salad in a salad bowl and lightly press it into a flat surface. There are serving options where the middle is removed or a depression is made.

8. Wash fresh greens and shake to remove excess liquid. Finely chop the fresh herbs and place in the middle of the salad.

9. Place fried potatoes around the edges around the greens.

10. Place boiled, peeled quail eggs in the middle.

11. “Stork’s Nest” salad is ready to serve. If the feast is a little later, then the salad can be left on the table, but you should not cover it and put it in the refrigerator - the potatoes will no longer be crispy.
