Tartar sauce

Tartar sauce is a classic cold sauce of French cuisine, recognized throughout the world.
Its popularity is easy to explain: tartare is easy to prepare and the ingredients used in the sauce are readily available. Prepare tartare according to this recipe - using homemade mayonnaise.
Ингредиенты
Yolk - 1 pc.
Mustard (not very spicy) - 1 tbsp.
Olive oil - 150 ml
Wine vinegar (can be replaced with apple cider vinegar) - 20 ml
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Capers - 10 g
Pickled cucumber - 10 g
Green onions - 2 small feathers
Onion - 10 g
Рецепт
1. Finely chop the green onions.
2. Cut the pickled cucumbers into very small cubes.
3. Chop the capers in the same way.
4. Place egg yolk, mustard, vinegar into a bowl and stir with a whisk until smooth. Add ground black pepper.
5. Pour in olive oil in a thin stream, continuing to whisk until you obtain the consistency of mayonnaise.
6. Add capers, cucumber and green onions to mayonnaise.
7. Grate the onion on a fine grater and mix with the sauce, add 1/2 tsp. salt and ground black pepper. Mix.
8. Tartar sauce is ready. It goes equally well with meat and fish dishes, giving them a special taste. Tartar sauce is widely used in the preparation of cold and hot dishes of European cuisine in many restaurants and cafes around the world.
