The result is a low-calorie dessert that is also tasty and beautiful. Like miracle muffins, cheesecakes from the oven will confidently keep the shape in which they were baked, so silicone muffin molds will be of great help to you in baking diet cheesecakes!

Cottage cheese - 400 g
Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
Wheat flour - 4 tbsp.
Sugar - 2.5 tbsp.
Salt - 1 pinch
Powdered sugar - for serving

1. Combine cottage cheese, flour, sugar, and egg yolks in one container.
2. Blend the combined ingredients with a submersible blender - you should get a homogeneous curd mass without lumps or grains.
3. Add egg whites, whipped to a strong foam with a pinch of salt, into this curd mass.
4. You will get a fluffy curd dough for dietary cheesecakes.
5. Bake cheesecakes in silicone molds for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. It is important to leave the finished cheesecakes in the molds until they have cooled completely, and only then remove them from them - this way the cheesecakes will confidently keep their shape and will not fall off.
6. In total I made 12 cheesecakes. Dust them with powdered sugar and enjoy!
