They can be sweet and salty, with meat or fruit filling, etc. Every housewife prepares them the way the family likes them. I hasten to share with you a very tasty recipe for lasagna made from pancakes with minced meat - this is a very juicy, tender and incredibly tasty dish. It can be served hot or warm, although... in my family they enjoy it even cold, for example with sweet tea.

PANCAKES:

Flour - 1 cup

Water - 500 ml

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Salt - 1/2 tsp.

BECHAMEL SAUCE:

Milk - 600 ml

Butter - 40 g

Flour - 2 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

FILLING:

Minced meat - 500 g

Onion - 1 pc.

Spices for meat - to taste

Salt - to taste

Vegetable oil for frying

Cheese - to taste

1. Pour water into a bowl, beat in the eggs and mix with a whisk. Add flour and salt, add vegetable oil and stir. The dough should turn out like liquid kefir. You may need a little more or a little less flour. I advise you to add it in parts.

2. Heat a frying pan, grease with oil or a piece of lard and fry the pancakes on both sides. I didn’t brown it too much; it’s not necessary for lasagna.

3. Peel and cut the onion into small pieces. Place in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until soft. Add minced meat (I used a mixture of pork and chicken), sprinkle with meat spices, salt and fry until cooked.

4. Let's start preparing Bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add flour, and stirring continuously with a whisk, heat for about 20-30 seconds. Pour in the milk, add salt and bring to a boil, remember to stir so that the sauce does not burn. Remove from heat.

5. Grease the pan with oil, vegetable or butter will do, and lay out a layer of pancakes. If the shape is square, I advise you to cut the pancakes in half and lay them out as shown in the photo. Well, if it’s round and the diameter is the right size, then lay out the pancakes just like that.

6. Visually divide the minced meat into 3 parts, place one part on the pancake layer.

7. Pour the sauce over the minced meat.

8. Repeat all layers, you should get three. Cover the top with pancakes.

9. Brush the surface with Bechamel sauce.

10. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.

11. Delicious, juicy and aromatic lasagna made from pancakes with minced meat is ready. Bon appetit!
