Sausages in yeast dough

We prepare the most delicious sausages in dough. The best proven recipe for sausages in yeast dough according to GOST.
Ингредиенты
Sausages - 8 pcs.
Milk - 200 ml
Dry yeast - 11 g
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Egg - 1 pc.
Yolks - 2 pcs. (including for greasing the dough)
Butter - 50 g
Flour - 350-370 g
Salt - 1 pinch

1. Pour dry yeast and sugar into milk. Stir, cover and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.
2. Mix an egg and one yolk with softened butter and salt.
3. After a while, the dough rose.
4. Combine the egg-butter mixture with milk. Mix.
5. Make a funnel in flour (250 g) and pour in the prepared mixture.
6. Mix.
7. Add another 100-120 g of flour through a sieve and knead the dough with your hands for another 5 minutes. Leave for 10 minutes.
8. Divide the dough into several small parts and roll each part into a rope.
9. Roll out the dough into thin strips.
10. Wrap the sausage in the dough (see video). In this way we prepare all the sausages and place them on parchment.
11. Brush the sausages in the dough with beaten yolk. Leave for 10 minutes for the dough to rise.
12. Place the sausages in the dough into a preheated oven for 25 minutes (t=180 degrees).
