Preparation for the winter or for every day.

Dill sauce has a pleasant green tint, an aromatic garlic smell and a pungent taste. Stores well in the refrigerator. Don't forget to stock up for the winter!

Ингредиенты

Dill - 200 g

Lemon - 1 tbsp. l.

Garlic - 5 cloves

Vegetable oil - 80 g

Salt - 1 tsp.

Рецепт

1. Rinse the dill sprigs under running water, separate from the stems and finely chop.

2. Place the dill in a container and grate the peeled garlic on a fine grater on top of it.

3. Add oil and salt.

4. Squeeze lemon juice and mix all ingredients.

5. Grind the resulting mixture in a blender until smooth.

6. Transfer the resulting sauce into a sterilized jar with a tight-fitting lid.

7. Dill sauce is ready. Use it to dress fresh vegetable salads or serve with main dishes. You can also bake loaves in Provencal style using dill sauce, spreading the cut of the loaf with a mixture of this sauce and grated cheese. Bon appetit!
