Milk - 300 ml

Butter - 150 g

Black chocolate - 50 g

Sugar - 140 g

Cocoa powder - 30 g

Instant coffee - 3-4 teaspoons (10 g)

Potato starch - 20 g

Vanilla sugar - 2 teaspoons

1. In a glass or bowl, combine cocoa powder and about 1/4 of the milk (about 80 ml). Mix thoroughly until smooth.

2. In a separate glass or bowl, combine starch and about 40 ml of milk. Mix thoroughly.

3. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan, add sugar, stir and place over medium heat. Stirring, bring to a boil.

4. Pour the cocoa and milk mixture into the boiled milk. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil again.

5. Mix the mixture of starch and milk thoroughly again (starch tends to settle to the bottom) and pour into the saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to the first signs of boiling. Then remove from heat.

6. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the hot mixture. Break the chocolate into pieces and also place in a saucepan. Stir until smooth and chocolate and butter melt.

7. Add coffee and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly again.

8. Coffee-chocolate paste is ready.

9. Let it cool slightly and transfer it to a container with a lid. You can store this chocolate spread in the refrigerator for about a week.
