Ингредиенты
Cherry - 300 g
Water - 600 g
Sugar - 150 g
Gelatin - 20 g
Рецепт
1. First of all, soak 20 grams of gelatin in 100 milliliters of water.
2. Pour 0.5 liters of water into a saucepan, add 150 grams of sugar, bring to a boil.
3. Wash 300 grams of cherries and remove the pits. Place the prepared cherries in boiling syrup and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
4. Turn off, add the swollen gelatin, mix.
5. Let it cool and pour into a bowl.
6. Cool the cherry jelly in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Serve cherry jelly for dessert with butter cream and fresh cherries.
