Pork stewed with mushrooms in sour cream sauce

Pork with champignons fried until golden brown and then stewed in sour cream is a simple, tasty and quick-to-prepare dish that every housewife should have in her arsenal! The meat turns out tender, the mushroom slices are aromatic and juicy, and the sour cream sauce is thick with a pleasant sourness. Try it!

Ингредиенты

Pork - 500 g

Royal champignons - 300 g

Sour cream 15% - 350 g

Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp. spoons

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Green onion - 1 pc.

Рецепт

1. Cut the pork into small cubes. Cut the champignons into quarters.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the meat and, stirring, fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

3. Add mushrooms, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.

4. Reduce the heat to medium and, stirring, fry the pork and mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, until the juice that the mushrooms give has evaporated.

5. Reduce heat to low and add sour cream to the pan. Mix well.

6. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the pork and mushrooms in sour cream sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat, taste the dish and, if necessary, add more salt and black pepper to taste. Finely chop the green onions and sprinkle over the finished dish before serving.

7. Serve pork stewed with mushrooms in sour cream sauce with fresh bread, mashed potatoes, pasta or a side dish of cereals.
