Hard cheese - 100 g
Greens - 1 bunch
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Flour - 100 g
Vegetable oil - 100 g

1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
2. Beat the chopped chicken fillet.
3. Salt, pepper and grease with chopped garlic.
4. Place 1 tbsp on the edge of each fillet piece. l. grated cheese and chopped herbs. We form a roll of chicken fillet with cheese and herbs, tucking it on the sides so that the cheese does not leak out during cooking. We fasten the edges with toothpick halves.
5. Dip chicken rolls in flour.
6. Fry chicken fillet rolls with cheese and herbs in heated vegetable oil until cooked (until golden brown).
7. Remove the toothpicks and serve the chicken rolls.
