I wanted something sweet... I'll offer you a quick and tasty homemade sponge roll with filling.

Ингредиенты

Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.

Sugar - 1 glass

Flour - 1 cup

Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet (10 g)

Thick jam (I used currant jam) - 100 g

Sour cream - 100-200 g

1. Turn on the oven. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks.

2. Add half a glass of sugar to the yolks.

3. Add half a glass of sugar to the whites.

4. Thoroughly beat the yolks with sugar (mixer or blender)

5. Thoroughly beat the whites with sugar and vanilla sugar (mixer or blender).

6. Combine the yolk mass with the white mixture, carefully stirring from bottom to top with a spoon so that the white does not settle.

7. Add flour in small portions through a sieve, carefully stirring until smooth.

8. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour the biscuit dough onto the paper. Place the baking sheet in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (Do not open the oven!)

9. Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

10. Thoroughly mix jam (jam) with sour cream.

11. Remove the finished biscuit from the oven and very quickly spread the filling.

12. Separate the edge of the paper from the biscuit with a knife. Quickly roll up the roll. Leave the rolled roll in baking paper, seam side down, until it cools. Then place the sponge roll in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

13. “Homemade” sponge roll is ready. Cut the roll and serve.
