Vitamin drink for the whole family.
Let's prepare delicious and healthy tea with orange and cranberry, as well as ginger, honey and cinnamon. The drink is very aromatic, bright and rich.
Ингредиенты
Cranberries – 200 g
Orange – 200 g
Ginger – 20 g
Cinnamon (stick) - 1 pc.
Honey – 70 g
Green tea (in a bag or loose) - 1 pc.
Water - 2 l

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cranberries are suitable both fresh and frozen. The tea can be used in a bag or loose in the equivalent of one serving. You can take ground cinnamon, about 3-4 pinches (to taste). Boil 0.5 liters of water.
2. Rinse the orange well with running water. Pour boiling water over it and leave for 1 minute.
3. Then drain the water, dry the orange with a paper towel, and cut in half. Cut each half into thin semicircles, remove the seeds.
4. Rinse the cranberries with running water.
5. Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater.
6. Place sliced oranges and prepared cranberries in a 2.5-3 liter cooking pot.
7. Take a masher and crush the fruits and berries well so that they release their juice.
8. Pour cold water (2 liters) into the pan and place over moderate heat, bring to a boil.
9. Add grated ginger. Adjust the amount of ginger to your taste; if you add all of it, the drink will be spicy (depend on your preferences).
10. Immediately add a green tea bag (or a small amount of loose leaf tea) and a cinnamon stick. Stir and bring to a boil over moderate heat. Boil for 1 minute and turn off the heat. Cover with a lid and let the tea steep for 15 minutes.
11. Add honey to the pan (adjust the amount to your taste) and stir.
12. Cranberry-orange tea is ready.
13. Serve the vitamin drink right away.
