Thanks to the fat content of pork, when baked, the dish becomes juicy, rich and very tasty. Let's bake the lula kebab on a stick in the oven on a wire rack, and the foil will help form smooth, delicious sausages. This meat dish can also be prepared for a holiday table.

Pork (pulp) - 900 g
Onions - 210 g (2 pcs.)
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Dried garlic - 0.5 teaspoon
Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
Khmeli-suneli - 0.5 teaspoon
Ground hot red pepper - 1-2 pinches
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon
Fresh dill - 1-2 sprigs
Fresh parsley - 2-3 sprigs
Fresh cilantro - 1-2 sprigs
Salt - 1 teaspoon

1. Prepare your food. Wash the meat thoroughly and dry with paper towels. Place wooden skewers or skewers in water for 20-30 minutes to prevent them from burning in a hot oven.
2. Coarsely chop the peeled onion and garlic and place in a blender bowl. Add hot pepper, basil, suneli hops, dried garlic. Grind for 20-30 seconds.
3. Add fresh herbs and pour in 50 ml of drinking water. Grind again for 20-30 seconds.
4. The result is a fragrant mixture with small splashes of vegetables and herbs.
5. Cut the pork into pieces of a suitable size for the opening of the meat grinder, grind into minced meat.
6. Add chopped herbs with onions and spices to the minced meat, add salt, mix thoroughly with a spatula until smooth.
7. Place the bowl of minced meat in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes - it will become denser.
8. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a sheet of foil with vegetable oil. Divide the minced meat into 7-8 parts (approximately 100-120 g each). Form each piece of minced meat into a dense sausage. Thread lengthwise onto a wooden skewer or skewer.
9. Wrap the minced sausage in foil and secure around the edges.
10. In this way, prepare lula kebabs from all the minced meat. Place on oven rack. Place the rack with the meat in the oven. Place a baking tray below to catch the juice. Bake the meat for 40 minutes.
11. Carefully remove the foil from the sausages. Place the kebabs back on the rack and return to the oven for 20 minutes.
12. An appetizing, moderately browned crust has appeared on the meat - the lula kebabs are ready, you can take them out of the oven.
13. Place the skewers with meat on a plate and garnish with herbs. Serve the pork lula kebabs to the table.
