Tomatoes - 1.5 kg

Sweet red pepper - 5 pcs.

Red hot pepper - approximately 3 pcs. (taste)

Garlic - 1-2 heads

Vegetable oil - 70-90 ml

Vinegar 6% (preferably natural, fruity) - 70-90 ml

Salt - 1 tbsp. spoon (to taste)

1. How to prepare raw adjika from tomatoes and peppers: Wash sweet peppers, remove seeds, cut into arbitrary pieces.

2. Wash the hot pepper, cut into pieces, carefully removing the seeds and membranes.

3. Peel the garlic.

4. Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces.

5. Prepared tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers and garlic through a meat grinder. Add salt, vinegar and oil.

6. Place the adjika into prepared, clean and dry jars (wash the jars thoroughly, preferably with soda, or you can sterilize them). Close with clean lids (polyethylene or metal).

7. Store raw adjika in the refrigerator.
