Minced pork - 500 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Rice - 60 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
Boiling water - 0.5 l
Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons
Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 2 teaspoons

1. How to cook meatballs with rice in tomato sauce: Rinse the rice and cover with cold water. Add salt and cook until tender, 20-25 minutes.
2. Then drain the rice in a colander. Peel, wash and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
3. Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes. Heat the frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Add prepared carrots and onions. Fry, stirring, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Cool the roast.
4. Combine minced meat, eggs, cooked roast and rice in a bowl.
5. Add salt, ground black pepper and mix everything thoroughly. The minced meat is ready.
6. With wet hands, form meatballs the size of a small tangerine.
7. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Place the meatballs into the hot oil. Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on one side.
8. And then turn over and fry on the other side the same way.
9. Place the prepared meatballs in a cauldron. Boil the kettle.
10. Mix tomato paste and sour cream, and then add 0.5 liters of boiling water to them. Salt and pepper. Stir well.
11. Pour this sauce over the meatballs so that the top layer is covered. Place the meatballs with rice in sauce on the fire.
12. When the sauce boils, turn the heat to low. To cover with a lid. Simmer for 40 minutes. Meatballs with rice in tomato sauce are ready.
