Milk - 300 ml
Carrots (for juice) - 230 g
or carrot juice - 100 ml
Egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons

1. First, squeeze the juice out of the carrots. If you have a juicer, you can use it. Or peel the carrots, wash them and grate them on a fine grater.
2. If desired, to maximize the amount of squeezed juice, chopped carrots can be placed in a blender bowl and blended at the highest speed for about 1-1.5 minutes.
3. Then rub the chopped carrots through a sieve or simply squeeze out the juice through several layers of gauze.
4. I got about 100 ml of carrot juice.
5. Beat the egg into the blender bowl.
6. Add carrot juice. Pour in milk. Add sugar. Beat on high speed for about 1-2 minutes.
