Today you will learn how to cook Georgian-style canakhi at home.
We will cook chanakhi in clay pots, which is a prerequisite for the classic recipe, but instead of lamb we will use pork. It will turn out delicious too!

Pork - 300 g
Potatoes - 5 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Butter - 50 g
Adjika - 3 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste

1. How to cook chanakhi in Georgian: Cut the pork into cubes, the onion into half rings.
2. Place onions on the bottom of the pot, and place meat on top of the onions.
3. Then grate the carrots and cut the potatoes into cubes.
4. Salt and pepper the meat. Place carrots, adjika and potatoes on top of the meat. Then add a piece of butter and tomatoes. Before putting into the oven, pour 50 ml of water into each pot. Bake for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.
