Delicious donuts for the whole family! If you have a sweet tooth, then this recipe is definitely for you.
Ингредиенты
Warm water - 1 glass (250 ml)
Dry yeast - 1 tsp. (5-7 g)
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l. (40 g)
Flour - 2 cups (350 g)
Salt - a little less than 1/2 tsp. no slide
Vegetable oil for deep frying - 500 ml or as much as it takes
Powdered sugar for sprinkling donuts - to taste

1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in a glass of warm water and leave for 3-5 minutes.
2. Sift flour, add salt. Pour in the yeast water and stir immediately. Then you can add a little more warm water so that the consistency when kneading is similar to thick sour cream. Leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. The dough should rise to double in size.
3. Then heat odorless vegetable oil in a saucepan over moderate heat. You can't overheat the oil until it starts smoking, but it's also not good to overheat the oil (ideally, the oil temperature should be about 180 degrees). There should be enough oil so that the donuts float in it and do not touch the bottom of the pan.
4. Carefully drop small portions of dough into the hot oil. I took a tablespoon, scooped up the dough and dropped it (dough without a spoon) into the oil. The dough bubbles in the oil, and when you see that the balls on the bottom have turned golden, you need to turn them over. Some turned over on their own, some I helped.
5. It is better to place the finished donuts on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle the tops of the donuts with powdered sugar. They are delicious served for dessert with ice cream or jam.
