Delicious chips at home are easy and simple.
Let's prepare spicy low-calorie crab stick chips. You can dry these chips in the oven in just 20 minutes! The chips are crispy and flavorful. They are reminiscent of crab potato chips, only here the crab flavor is dominant. Another undoubted advantage of these chips is that they remain crispy even the next day.

Crab sticks – 250 g
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika – 0.5 teaspoon
Ground ginger – 0.5 teaspoon

1. Prepare the necessary products. Thaw frozen crab sticks. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
2. We clean the crab sticks from the packaging material, unfold them and place them on the work surface. (If the sticks are difficult to unroll, immerse them in hot water for 30 seconds. After this, the sticks will become more elastic, unroll easily and will not break.)
3. Then cut each unwrapped crab stick into 2 parts lengthwise, and then cut crosswise to make squares. I got square pieces measuring 3x3 cm.
4. Pre-cover the baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment. Place crab squares on a baking sheet. Since vegetable oil is not used, it is better to choose siliconized parchment.
5. Combine salt, ground black pepper, paprika and ground ginger in a small container.
6. Mix everything until smooth.
7. Sprinkle the crab squares evenly with the spice mixture (you will need about 0.5 teaspoons).
8. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes. The crab chips should be dry on one side.
9. After this, remove the baking sheet from the oven and turn the chips over to the other side.
10. Dry for another 5-7 minutes at the same temperature. The finished chips should dry until crisp.
11. Crab stick chips are ready.
