Lenten rolls with nuts and apple

I suggest making lean rolls with apple and nuts. There are no eggs, milk or butter in the dough or filling. Therefore, they can be safely prepared during Lent.
Ингредиенты
Lenten dough (see recipe description)
Filling:
Large apple - 1 pc.
Walnuts - 1 cup
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp.
Salt - a pinch
Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Рецепт
1. Prepare the filling. Chop the nuts.
2. Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater.
3. In a ladle, combine the grated apple, chopped nuts, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
4. Put the mixture on low and, stirring constantly, cook for 10 minutes. The mass will become thick. Remove the ladle from the heat, add cinnamon, stir. Let cool completely.
5. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.2-0.3 mm. Cut into rectangles with sides 5x10 cm. Place the filling on each rectangle and wrap it in a roll.
6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Use your oven as a guide. The rolls should not brown too much. Let the finished lean rolls with nuts and apple cool completely on a wire rack. If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
