Take all the necessary ingredients to prepare zucchini casserole with pasta and minced meat in the oven. Peel the onion and garlic, wash all the vegetables and dry. If desired, you can also use garlic and dill or parsley in the dish if you like.

Pasta - 200 g

1. First of all, boil the pasta according to the instructions, maybe a little less time, but do not overcook it and immediately drain it in a colander.

2. At the same time, place a frying pan on the stove, pour in a little vegetable oil, fry the finely diced onion and grated carrots for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the minced meat, fry it for 5-7 minutes, try to break up all the lumps with a wooden spatula.

4. As soon as the minced meat turns completely white, add the pasta, stir and immediately turn off the stove.

5. Transfer the pasta with minced meat into a convenient form, add finely grated zucchini, add salt and pepper to taste, and stir.

6. In a deep bowl, beat two large chicken eggs with milk, and also add a little salt and pepper to the filling.

7. Pour the filling over the pasta with minced meat, generously sprinkle the workpiece with grated cheese. Be sure to cover the pan with foil and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees in non-convection mode for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and place under the top grill for another 10 minutes.

8. Immediately cut the casserole into portions and serve.
