The composition of the salad is simple, but it itself is filling and interesting in taste. The Tashkent salad has a classic composition: raw green radish, cooked lean meat, fried onions and hard-boiled eggs. Differences in variations usually involve cutting the eggs and dressing. Eggs are grated or cut into slices and mixed with salad, or simply decorated with them when serving. Season the salad with mayonnaise, sour cream with ground pepper or a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream.
Ингредиенты
Meat (beef or chicken) - 200-250 grams;
Green radish - 1-2 pieces;
Onion - 1 head;
Eggs - 2-3 pieces;
Mayonnaise and/or sour cream - for dressing;
Vegetable oil - for frying;
Salt - to taste;
Fresh herbs - optional.
Рецепт
1. Grate or thinly slice the peeled radish and soak it in water for 15 minutes to remove bitterness and excess juice, which can ruin the taste and consistency of the salad. Sometimes a little vinegar is added to the water.
2. Chop and fry the onion in vegetable oil, salt it.
3. Cut the finished beef or chicken fillet into strips or pieces.
4. Combine the radish squeezed out of the water, fried onions and meat.
5. Season the salad with sour cream and/or mayonnaise and mix.
6. In my version, the eggs are cut into slices and added when serving the salad.
7. Salad "Tashkent" is ready.
