Vegetable salad with tuna omelette

I always have a supply of canned tuna in my house. It makes very tasty salads, you can bake a pie with it, and, as it turns out, you can make a delicious omelette with tuna!
Today I will tell you how to prepare a vegetable salad with tuna omelette. According to your taste and desire, you can replace some of the salad ingredients with other vegetables; mine was as follows:

Red cabbage - 150 grams;
Young asparagus shoots - 50 grams;
Carrots - 1 piece;
Cucumber - 1 piece;
For the omelet:
Canned tuna - 1 can;
Egg - 2 pcs;
Cream (milk) - 4-5 tbsp;
Hard cheese - 30 grams;
Flour - 1 tbsp;
Butter - 10 grams;
Salt - a pinch.
For the sauce:
Olive oil - 3 tbsp;
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp;
Fish sauce (if available) - 1 tbsp;
Ground black pepper - to taste.

1. Finely chop the red cabbage.
2. Thinly slice the carrots and cucumber or grate them using a Korean carrot grater.
3. Chop the asparagus, boil in boiling water for 1 minute, drain the water.
4. Prepare an omelet. To do this, drain the liquid from the can of tuna and mash the tuna with a fork. Add egg and cream, mix.
5. Then add finely grated cheese, flour, salt, mix again.
6. Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the omelette on both sides until golden brown.
7. Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix olive oil, fish and soy sauce, and ground black pepper.
8. Place vegetables in plates, top with tuna omelette cut into pieces, pour sauce over. The salad can be served immediately!
