Dishes can be either cold or hot, and they all cook quite quickly. You can take absolutely any vegetables that are in the refrigerator or freezer, also buy seasonal ones, almost all of them go perfectly with funchose.
To prepare funchose with vegetables in soy sauce, prepare all the products according to the list. Peel the onion, garlic, ginger and carrots, wash everything under running water. I have frozen bell peppers and corn, and, of course, they need to be thawed first.

Funchoza - 70 g
Onion - 50 g
Carrots - 70 g
Corn - 100 g
Tomatoes - 100 g
Bell pepper - 100 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Ginger (root) - 1 cm
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Salt - as needed
Pepper, h.m. - taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add thinly sliced onions and carrots, fry for a minute or two over moderate heat.
2. Cut the bell pepper into strips, cut the grains from the corn, place them in a frying pan, continue cooking the vegetables over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes.
3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, place them in a frying pan, add the crushed garlic clove and chopped garlic. If you like the taste of garlic, then pass it through a press. Simmer vegetables over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
4. At this time, prepare funchose according to the instructions. Mine cooks for 5 minutes.
5. Place funchose into a frying pan, pour in soy sauce, pepper and stir quickly. If the soy sauce is not salty enough, then you can add a little sea salt.
6. Immediately transfer the funchose to a plate and serve. Funchoza with vegetables in soy sauce is ready. If you have fresh herbs, sprinkle them on the dish before serving.
