These are just thick, fluffy small pancakes that can be prepared with various fillings and additions - berries, fruits, dried fruits. Pancakes are usually served with syrup, jam, jam, and you can also add pieces of berries and fruits to the dough.

We all strive to receive food that is not only tasty, but also healthy. For this purpose, part of the wheat flour in pancakes can be replaced with oatmeal. This will not particularly affect the taste, but the usefulness of the dish will increase.

Wheat flour - 80 g

Oatmeal - 50 g

Sugar - 3 tbsp.

Milk - 150 ml

Sunflower oil - for frying - 30 ml

Egg - 1 pc.

Kiwi - 1 pc.

Soda - 0.5 tsp.

Vinegar - 1 tsp.

1. Combine wheat flour with oatmeal.

2. Add an egg.

3. Dissolve sugar and salt in milk.

4. Add half the milk to the oatmeal pancake dough and mix well so that there are no lumps.

5. Add the remaining milk.

6. Stir and add baking soda, quenched with vinegar. We ended up with a dough that was a little denser than we would have prepared for pancakes.

7. Today I will add pieces of kiwi to oatmeal pancakes. I peel the fruit and cut it into thin slices.

8. Heat the pan for baking pancakes and grease them with sunflower oil (just a little bit). Pour one spoonful of dough and place a slice of kiwi on it.

9. Cover the top with another spoonful of dough.

10. Fry on one side until holes appear in the dough. Then turn it over and fry on the other side.

11. This is such a fun pancake-pancake I made.

12. Oatmeal pancakes are ready. This is a good breakfast dish with sauce, sour cream, condensed milk, etc. With this pancake you can eat porridge, drink milk, tea or coffee. Thus, oatmeal pancakes are both a ready-made dish and an addition to your favorite drinks.
