White sesame – 100 g

Wheat flour – 100 g

Milk – 35 ml

1. Dry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until light golden brown, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula over low heat.

2. Grind the roasted sesame seeds in a blender to a paste-like consistency or grind 5-6 times through a meat grinder.

3. This is what sesame paste should look like.

4. In a dry frying pan, dry the sifted flour over low heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown.

5. Pour milk into a saucepan. Add sugar and vanilla. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Boil until a large foam forms and turn off the heat.

6. Add sesame paste and sunflower oil to the fried flour.

7. Pour in the hot milk mixture. Mix quickly until smooth.

8. Choose a suitable mold. Lubricate with cold water. Pour in the sesame mixture and quickly smooth and compact. Leave to cool for 1-2 hours at room temperature.

9. After this time, carefully cut or break the sesame halva into pieces and serve to the sweet table.
