I suggest making a delicious bean soup and having a hearty lunch, and maybe even dinner.
I really love bean soups. I used to cook very rarely because it takes a lot of time. With the purchase of a multi-cooker, preparing this soup has become much faster.
Take these products.

Potatoes – 600 g
Beans – 150 g
Onions – 120 g
Carrots – 145 g
Water – 1.5 l
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
Sunflower oil – 30 g
Fresh dill - 3 sprigs

1. Rinse the beans well and soak for several hours, even overnight. If you are using a pressure cooker, then place the beans in a bowl and cover with water. Close the lid and turn on the "Stew/Beans" program for 40 minutes. You focus on your technique. On a gas stove, cooking time increases. Cook until soft.
2. Peel the potatoes. Rinse, cut into cubes. Place in a cooking pot. Pour in about a liter of water. Send it to the fire. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat until done.
3. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry until soft over low heat.
4. Add beans and fried vegetables to almost ready potatoes. Pour hot water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Try it, if all the vegetables are ready, you can move on to the next step.
5. Using an immersion blender, puree the soup. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Boil for a minute and turn off.
6. Bean soup is ready. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
