A serving of freshly made celery and orange smoothie is a healthy snack replacement.

A thick drink, close in consistency to puree, saturates rather than quenches thirst, energizes you with tone, energy and a great mood. Flavor the low-calorie smoothie as you wish, but only a little. Citrus fruits and spicy celery themselves have expressive and self-sufficient aromas. An apple is an arbitrary value, softens the texture, increases the overall volume and provides an additional set of useful substances.

Ингредиенты

Petiole celery - 50 g

Oranges - 300 g

Apple - 50 g

Mint - 10 g

Honey - 10 g

Ground nutmeg - 3 g

Рецепт

1. Wash celery, oranges, mint, apple and dry. If the celery stalks are covered with tough fibers, remove them. We chop the young petioles immediately.

2. Divide the peeled oranges in half or in another way and remove the seeds, as well as too thick white partitions.

3. Peel the apple, cut it open, and remove the core and seeds.

4. For additional flavoring of the smoothie, take mint branches, a pinch of ground nutmeg and a little natural honey.

5. Grind stalked celery, orange and apple slices, mint until smooth, and at the same time season with nutmeg and honey.

6. Serve the vitamin smoothie made from celery and orange immediately.
