I think there are no people who are indifferent to celery: some love it very much, others hate it. This is because celery has a strong flavor and that flavor dominates any dish that uses celery. Root celery has a milder taste and aroma, while greens and stems have a brighter flavor.
Today I invite you to prepare a fragrant light soup with chicken and stalk celery. Low in calories, this soup is nevertheless very filling and tasty.
We will take the ingredients for making soup with celery and chicken according to the list. Peking cabbage can be replaced with white cabbage, but then it will need to be added a little earlier, since it is tougher. For spices, I only used ground black pepper.

Chicken (any parts) - 200 g
Celery - 3-4 stalks
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Chinese cabbage - 150 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Greens - to taste
Salt, spices - to taste
Water - 1.2 l

1. Pour water into the pan and set the chicken to cook. Today I used half a breast on the bone for soup. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam and add the onions and carrots, cut into cubes. Salt to taste.
2. Cook the broth over medium heat, avoiding boiling. At this time, peel the potatoes. 10 minutes after boiling, add potatoes to the pan, cut into cubes or slices, as you prefer.
3. While the potatoes are boiling, cut the celery stalks crosswise into 2-3 mm slices. Place the celery in a saucepan.
4. Wait for it to boil again, and in the meantime cut the Chinese cabbage.
5. Add cabbage to our soup.
6. At a low boil, boil the soup for 5 minutes. Take out a piece of chicken and cut it into cubes. Cut the tomato finely or grate it. Return the chicken to the pan and add the tomato. Pepper to taste, although you can do this in a plate.
7. Turn off the heat and leave the soup to brew for 5 minutes. Chicken and celery soup is ready! Fragrant, beautiful and very tasty, this soup will certainly please your loved ones.
