Fish fritters

These are the fish pancakes for lunch. They turn out very tasty and tender.
Easy to prepare. If you're tired of regular cutlets, then this recipe is a great option.
Ингредиенты
Fish fillet (blue whiting, salmon) - 500 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Starch - 3 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise (lean or regular) - 3 tbsp. l.
Dill greens - optional
Vegetable oil - 30-50 g.
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Рецепт
1. Wash the fish fillet and cut into pieces. Peel and wash the onion, cut into quarters. Wash the dill and chop finely.
2. Grind the fish through a meat grinder with two onions.
3. Combine fish, onion, starch and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.
4. Heat the frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Place the fish mixture with a spoon (or form pancakes with wet hands) into a frying pan in well-heated oil, fry the fish pancakes on both sides for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
