Lavash triangles with tuna, cheese, tomato and eggs

Fried triangular envelopes made of thin lavash with juicy fish filling are an ideal quick dish.
As a filling we will use canned tuna with hard cheese, eggs, tomato, dill and sour cream. These lavash breads will be a great alternative to sandwiches.
Ингредиенты
Thin lavash - 90 g (1 sheet measuring 35x42 cm)
Tuna canned in oil or in s/s - 180 g
Tomato - 170 g (1 pc.)
Hard cheese - 70 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Fresh dill - 5 g (a couple of sprigs)
Sour cream 20% fat - 80 g
Sunflower oil - 45 ml (3 tablespoons)
Salt - a pinch
Ground black pepper - a pinch
Рецепт
1. Boil the eggs hard (within 10 minutes after boiling) and cool in cold water.
2. Peel the cooled boiled eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.
3. Rinse the tomato, remove the stem where it grows. Cut the tomato into small cubes. Drain the juice.
4. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
5. Finely chop the dill.
6. Drain liquid from canned tuna. I have chopped tuna. If you have whole pieces of fish, mash them with a fork.
7. In a bowl, combine the prepared ingredients: cheese, tomatoes, eggs, fish and dill.
9. Add sour cream, add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
10. Mix the filling.
11. Spread thin pita bread on the work surface.
12. Cut the pita bread into strips approximately 8-9 cm thick. I got 5 pieces.
13. Form triangular pies. To do this, take one strip of pita bread and place 1/5 of the filling on one edge.
14. Holding the filling, connect one of the corners of the pita strip to the opposite side of the strip (as in the photo).
15. Then place the resulting triangle on the free part of the pita bread, covering the filling on one more side.
16. Continue turning the triangle in different directions until you get a triangular pie with the filling closed on all sides.
17. In this way, form 4 more triangular pies.
18. Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil and fry the lavash pies over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side.
19. Triangles of pita bread with tuna, cheese and eggs are ready!
