Pollock in milk-garlic sauce is a tasty and harmonious combination. A sauce based on butter and milk with the addition of garlic and rosemary is prepared simply and quickly, and the stewed fish turns out perfect - juicy, tender, soaked in creamy notes, with a pleasant aroma.
Ингредиенты
Pollock (fillet) - 400 g
Butter 82.5% - 70 g
Milk - 300 ml
Flour - 1 tbsp. spoon
Garlic - 2 cloves
Dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - a pinch (to taste)

1. Cut pollock fillet into small pieces.
2. Place butter in a saucepan or small saucepan and melt over low heat.
3. Add flour to the butter.
4. Mix everything quickly. The sauce base is ready.
5. Then pour in the milk in small portions, constantly stirring the sauce with a whisk. Cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Break the bay leaf into small pieces. Prepare dried rosemary.
7. Add garlic, rosemary, bay leaf, salt and a pinch of ground pepper to the sauce. Stir the sauce.
8. Place the prepared fish in the sauce.
9. Mix everything carefully. Simmer the fish for 7-8 minutes over low heat.
10. Taste the finished fish, adjust the taste of the sauce with salt and pepper.
11. Pollock stewed in milk-garlic sauce is ready. You can serve pollock in sauce with rice, potatoes, other favorite side dishes or vegetables.
